Driving Under the Influence (DUI)

Driving under the influence

If you have been arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI), you must act quickly in order to prevent a license suspension. You have ten days after your arrest to request an administrative review hearing with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV). Failure to do so will result in an automatic license suspension. A DUI conviction can result in not only a loss of freedom, but it comes with fines, increased insurance rates, mandatory license suspension, and many other consequences. Call Michael A. Swinton, P.A. for a free consultation. The firm has extensive experience with DUI cases.
